    A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy.

    You'll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.


    As a part of our Internal Firm Services, you'll provide strategic oversight, manage operations, and develop policies for all aspects of the Finance team.

    Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:

    Leading and successfully executing transactions including financial analyses, due diligence, valuation, risk management, negotiations and documentations;
    Developing, training and executing financial modeling for M&A, joint ventures, minority investments and financial projections;
    Having experience in investment banking, corporate finance, internal M&A or other corporate development role;
    Solving problems and analyzing quantitative data including financial modeling;
    Being able to communicate and present professionally and effectively;
    Maintaining drive to deliver results;
    Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast paced and changing environment;
    Working in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities;
    Overseeing daily project management and delivery of M&A transactions, including managing all phases of the transaction cycle and deal execution;
    Supporting the company's strategic Merger & Acquisition (M&A) initiatives and strategic planning including financial, market and operating analysis;
    Assisting businesses in developing business case, pricing strategy and assessment of risk;
    Managing multiple projects, stakeholders as well as external relationships with investment bankers and advisors;
    Serving as an integral part of company's strategic planning effort to identify, screen, assess targets, analyze and prioritize growth opportunities;
    Applying proven strategic thinking skills;
    Developing presentation materials for leadership, investment committees, board and other stakeholders;
    Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;
    Improving internal processes including assessment of financial results, risk assessment and independence process; and,

    Leading teams, answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff, coaching and mentoring staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
