    Role Description

    Joining CES Roofing as a Director of Business Development presents a dynamic opportunity within our organization. This full-time role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy forward. The Director of Business Development will spearhead initiatives encompassing new business development, meticulous business planning, robust lead generation, precise contract negotiation, detailed estimating, and adept account management within designated territories across Florida.

    This position will primarily operate from our Palm Harbor, FL headquarters, with flexibility for remote work and travel throughout Florida as required. In addition to core responsibilities, the Director of Business Development will also play a crucial role in visually documenting our projects through photography and videography, collaborating with our Marketing Director to curate captivating content for dissemination across various social media platforms.

    Qualifications

    We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of surpassing sales targets and cultivating a robust pipeline of opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in New Business Development, Business Planning, and Lead Generation, with at least 5 years of tenure in the construction industry, preferably within the roofing sector.

    Strong proficiency in contract negotiation and adept account management are essential for success in this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, coupled with the ability to work autonomously and effectively in remote settings.
