Altona Analytics is a young company within the owner-managed Altona Group, which has been developing, manufacturing, and distributing PCR-based testing systems for the detection of pathogens in the human diagnostics market for over 20 years with now over 350 employees in Hamburg Altona.

Altona Analytics designs and develops the hardware and software components that integrate the testing systems into a largely automated complete solution. The adaptability of the overall system allows for its application in additional business areas beyond human diagnostics. In particular, markets that require Real-Time PCR-based testing to be carried out in a largely automated form are ideal for this purpose.

These new markets that Altona Analytics is looking to enter include research institutions, the pharmaceutical industry, the food and feed industry, veterinary medicine, and environmental analysis.
