    Job Title: Administrative Assistant

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in facilitating communication, organizing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
    2. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
    3. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
    4. Maintain office filing and storage systems, both physical and electronic.
    5. Coordinate meetings and appointments, including making travel arrangements and scheduling conference rooms.
    6. Process and distribute incoming mail and emails.
    7. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
    8. Assist in the organization of office events and meetings.
    9. Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
    10. Provide general administrative support to staff as needed.

    Qualifications:

    1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
    2. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    3. Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
    4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
    7. Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
    8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
