Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and other events, including booking venues and arranging catering as needed.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, photocopying, and filing.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
