DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- New hire & scheduling
- Reporting & document filing
- Purchasing, invoices & inventory
- Processing orders & shipping through interoffice mailing
- Managing the office
- Entry level office assistant opportunity
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- 2 years of administrative experience
- Professional appearance and outlook a must
- Previous MS office & Data entry experience
- Must have their own transportation
- High School Diploma
- Retail exp. & Bilingual a +
