Overview:

Support the Functional Department to strive by offering administrative assistance to leaders and staff, helping UTI maintain its accreditation through organizing files and compiling necessary documents and data.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Functional Department with administrative support, survey compilation, meeting and event planning, data entry, and report generation.
Provide administrative support by managing mail, reports, supplies, and communications distribution.
Support UTI in accreditation maintenance by handling official documents, records, and required data/report compilation for ACCSC.
Coordinate/manage assigned department projects.
Manage schedule/calendar of meetings and events for Leader/staff; ensure information completeness, accuracy, and availability.
Attend administrative/department meetings and document relevant information.
Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:
Education / Experience

High School Diploma or GED required

years administrative experience

Skills:

Proficient in Computer Skills (Microsoft Office products)
Strong Customer Service, Organization, and Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Ability in Multi-Tasking and Time Management; skilled in adapting to fast-paced environments

Abilities

Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 25 pounds for less than 5% of the workday
Able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for 5% or less of the workday
Proficient in talking, seeing, hearing, concentrating, thinking, learning, and reasoning throughout the workday
Skilled in sitting, walking, or moving for extended periods during the workday
Competent in using a keyboard and performing manual tasks for long periods during the workday
