- Leadership: Supervise and provide guidance, coaching, and support to staff for optimal performance and adherence to organizational goals.

- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of service quality. Monitor performance metrics and take corrective action as necessary to address deviations from quality standards.
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and landlords and ensure agreed upon terms and quality standards are met.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and safety protocols. Develop and implement procedures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe work environment.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze operational data and performance metrics to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Prepare reports and present to operations leaders or others as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by fostering innovation, soliciting feedback from staff and stakeholders, and implementing best practices to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by Director of Operations.
- Uses standard office equipment such as desktop computer, laptop, copy and fax machines, and cell phones.
- Travel to and from CREC buildings and properties is required.
- Travel to occasional conference or professional development may be required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and contract negotiation.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work in a diverse environment.
- Ability to develop and manage a budget.
- Advance knowledge of technology systems, troubleshooting, problem solving
- Advance knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, Munis and Google products.
- Works in a standard office and school building environments.
- Associate/Bachelor's Degree or ten years' experience in positions of increasing responsibility within a school and/or district.
- Possesses strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, proficient in effectively communicating, motivating, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
