    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent educational proficiency required; additional coursework in business management, accounting, engineering, urban planning, architecture, or construction management desirable.
    • Minimum one year of experience coordinating, analyzing, planning, or reporting on projects, preferably in construction.
    • Familiarity with project coordination software and tools preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
