DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Books new projects ensuring that all required documentation is in place at time of booking including but not limited to contract, proposal, and cost sheet (projected budget worksheet).
  • Creates prelims, certification of insurance, submittals, and project close outs.
  • Coordinates by creating purchase orders and work orders based off cost sheets. Orders the required materials for the project.
  • Processes material returns when needed
  • Prepares installation packets including work orders, plans, and material load out sheets
  • Manages material deliveries and budgets, labor budgets, and coordinates labor installation dates to ensure a successful project.
  • Creates change order requests derived from the approved cost sheet and maintains change order log.
  • Manages under billings by invoicing customers using multiple formats including schedule of values.
  • Closes projects using closeout procedures.
  • Maintains and manages all files related to projects and team paperwork

  • Good customer service skills and a professional demeanor and attitude
  • Ability to read and interpret written information
  • Strong organization skills required with the ability to prioritize and plan work assignments
  • Selfmotivated and a selfstarter
  • Must be accountable and punctual

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
  • Work Experience to include similar responsibilities and requirements as outline above
  • 3+ years' experience in a Project Coordinator role

Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour
