Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track project tasks and action items to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to facilitate project progress.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, document preparation, and meeting organization.
Lead and manage smaller projects independently.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and project documentation.
Travel to various states to attend meetings and assess venue transportation operations.
Maintain a flexible schedule to cover nights, weekends, and holidays as project demands require.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
Experience in the transportation planning/operations environment is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and project management software.
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.

Reporting Structure:
Reports directly to the President/Founder of Flux Consulting Group

Pay:
$ $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
