- Manage enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM and engineering applications, working closely with business staff. Ensure proper configuration and maintenance, working with software vendors.
- Manage an external service provider for core IT operations, including PCs, servers, and network. Supervise services, monitor performance, and escalate issues as required.
- Develop and manage IT-related projects, including new business initiatives and technology programs. Ensure all initiatives are aligned and monitored.
- Ensure compliance in all technology processes according to required standards, including policies, procedures, and documentation, including diligence required of GCC High status.
- Develop and manage overall IT budget. Manage IT vendor relationships and all capital purchases, technology assets and enterprise-wide software subscription purchases / renewals.
- Provide regular IT business reviews to Executive Team.
- Promote workplace productivity, including adoption of Office 365, Teams, and other collaboration tools
- May support IT Tech in support of user issues
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in business, data science or related field. MBA desirable.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in business systems analysis or support services, network and systems administration, hardware and software analysis, purchase and configuration and user support.
- Experience with documenting business and/or technical needs using interviews, workshops, modeling, and document analysis, as appropriate
- IT supervisory experience over technical operations, including PCs, servers, and network. Experience in working within a managed services environment is essential.
- Experience in DOD / government contracts, secure environments and GCC High environments.
- Experience in a highly engineered manufacturing environment, including ERP, CRM, and Engineering preferred (Epicor & SolidWorks preferred – not required).
- Experience with Microsoft Administration, including Active Directory and Office 365
- A strong communicator – excels at facilitating working meetings, asking probing questions and actively listening to understand the needs of key stakeholders.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Analytical and creative abilities to problem solve and offer new/alternate solutions.
- Critical Thinking: Use of logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
