Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in fiber optic splicing projects within the telecommunications industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Indepth knowledge of fiber optic technology, splicing techniques, and industry best practices.
Proficiency in project management tools and software for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
Strong timemanagement and problemsolving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Willingness to work with integrity and according to company's policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination: Lead the planning, scheduling, and coordination of fiber splicing projects, including resource allocation, task assignment, and timeline management.

Team Management: Supervise and motivate project teams, including fiber technicians and subcontractors, to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship.

Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.

Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee that fiber splicing work meets industry standards and client expectations.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.

Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols to create a safe working environment for project teams and mitigate risks of accidents or injuries.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, work orders, and change orders, to track project milestones and facilitate project evaluations.

Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve project issues and conflicts, utilizing problem-solving skills and collaboration with stakeholders to keep projects on track.
