SpeedX is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee our inbound and outbound freight operations, specifically focusing on last mile delivery and parcel handling at IL Branch.

This pivotal role will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of parcel delivery, ensuring efficient processes and exceptional service delivery to our customers.


As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of inbound and outbound freight operations, with a focus on last mile delivery and parcel handling.

You will oversee a team and ensure that all processes are executed efficiently and effectively.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimizing last mile delivery routes to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of parcels.
  • Overseeing the handling, sorting, and distribution of inbound and outbound freight.
  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
  • Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Analyzing performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing last mile delivery operations and handling inbound/outbound freight.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to freight transportation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

Last Mile Logistics: 3 years (preferred)
