A long standing plumbing company in Elk Grove Village that services over a million population is seeking a highly motivated, responsible, timely, authoritative and especially organized individual for the role of Operations Manager.

You will assist the owner in guiding the operations of different departments, reporting daily to the owner and overseeing any and all operations level projects and protocols.

You will work hand in hand with the office operations manager to ensure the team as a whole reaches the company's monthly as well as yearly goals.

You must project a clean appearance, be able to hold others accountable, be EXCELLENT with communication and put in hours as needed.

This job requires a minimum of 1 year experience in a manager role, in any field.

Willing to train in the plumbing field, plumbing experience not needed.

Job is salary plus bonus. Actively interviewing.
