    Job Summary:
    We are looking for a

    Associate Purchasing Management Specialist (Korean)

    who will provide valuable support in our merchandising processes.


    Job Responsibilities:
    Support

    Purchasing Management Specialists


    in all aspects of the merchandising process including but not limited to, setting up new product listings in the system, maintaining accurate product cost, placing purchase orders, and other tasks as necessary.

    Collaborate with the Warehouse Operations team to resolve inbound receiving issues and ensure efficiency in the shelving process.

    Handle RMA requests, issue credit memos to vendors, and perform consistent follow-ups.

    Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to ensure efficiency in the processing of invoices and support open-to-buy processes.

    Take responsibility for the accuracy and compliance for all product details and listing.

    Other tasks as assigned.


    Required Qualifications:
    Associate Degree in Business and/or other related majors.

    Minimum 1-2 years of administrative work experience.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

    Remarkable attention to detail.

    Quick learner with the ability to take ownership and work independently with minimal supervision.

    Excellent written and verbal Korean and English skills.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience working in purchasing, retail, and/or eCommerce.
