    Description

    Avery Products Corporation is looking for a SEO Specialist/Manager who can enhance our brand and build a strong online web presence via digital marketing disciplines including SEO and web content management. This role reports to the Group Manager, Digital Marketing and will be responsible for developing and optimizing web content across our platform to drive increased traffic, engagement, and conversions. This could include areas such as Avery's online product catalog/pages, templates & software, promotions, customer support, blog, site search, and content syndication.

    What you will be doing:

    • Formulate and execute the long term SEO strategy by driving on-page, off-page, and technical improvements for all sections of the website.
    • Initiate and drive SEO optimizations including but not limited to: on-page content, meta-tags, structured data to improve keyword rankings and click-through, with the goal of increasing organic traffic to
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, creative, software development, UX/UI and other functions to develop and maintain website content including landing pages, campaign pages, template pages, product pages, and blog articles.
    • Assist with online product catalog and merchandising tasks as needed with the use of a content management system and tools that drive content syndication and personalization.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally on projects involving SEO, content creation, email marketing, SMS marketing, personalization, and product catalog syndication.
    • Tracking, analyzing and reporting key performance metrics including monthly business reports, quarterly business reviews, and ad-hoc requests as needed

    What you need to succeed:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field.
    • 3 to 10 years of direct experience in managing content for an e-commerce website using dotCMS or similar web content management system.
    • 3 to 10 years of direct experience in optimizing SEO for e-commerce websites, including on-page and technical optimizations. Experience with full service online SEO platforms like BrightEdge preferred.
    • Performance driven with knowledge of analytic strategies and tools such as Google Analytics, Google search Console, LookerStudio, Tableau.
    • Demonstrated expertise working with issue tracking and project management tool such as Jira and Wrike to drive digital marketing tasks/issues/projects.
    • Familiarity with email marketing, personalization tools, and SMS marketing preferred.
    • Working knowledge of front-end web technologies including HTML, Javascript, CSS.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
