Join our team as a
Case Manager with a leading
Personal Injury Law Firm in sunny California In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in supporting clients during the pre-litigation stage of their personal injury cases.

As a liaison between the firm, medical providers, insurance companies, and clients, you'll guide cases from start to finish with empathy and expertise.

What You'll Do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, listening to their concerns and providing process updates.
Organize case files and gather essential evidence, such as police reports and medical records.
Draft compelling demand letters and handle representation letters to insurance companies and medical providers.
Manage property damage claims and prepare preliminary trust accountings.
Stay proactive, efficient, and organized while juggling multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.

What We're Looking For:

Fluent in English with previous experience in a personal injury law firm.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
A proactive, problemsolving mindset with strong decisionmaking abilities.
