- Utilize various channels such as research, cold-calling, networking events, referrals, targeted email campaigns, and social media to identify, target, and assess potential clients interested in Managed IT Services, ensuring a continuous flow of new business leads.
- Make an average of 30-40 outbound calls daily to engage with potential clients and qualify their interest in our services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to engage prospects and secure initial appointments with our sales team.
- Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, including lead generation, prospecting activities, and opportunity assessment, using CRM tools and established sales techniques to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing and IT teams to devise and execute strategies for generating demand and promoting our services effectively.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies within the Managed IT Services sector to stay informed and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 1 year of recent outbound business to business (B2B) sales experience with cold calling and appointment setting experience preferred.
