    For over 16 years, Ready Credit has worked to simplify and secure the payment experience for both clients and customers through fully cashless operations. Ready Credit was founded in Minneapolis, Minnesota on the premise that all businesses can benefit from getting rid of cash but only if they could still support their cash-only customers.

    We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team

    Key Experience Needed: Sales Development Representative

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • Positive attitude, resilience, and a desire to learn and grow within a high-growth technology company.
    • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
    • Knowledge or interest in the FinTech industry, financial services, or technology solutions.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone and email.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
    • Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools for lead tracking and communication.

    Position Responsibilities: Sales Development Representative

    • Proactively research and identify potential leads and prospects in the financial industry using various sources, including online platforms, industry events, and market research.
    • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, to engage with potential clients and introduce them to our FinTech solutions.
    • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and business objectives and effectively communicate how our products can address their specific requirements.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule and coordinate solution demonstrations, presentations, and meetings for qualified leads.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and information using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
    • Consistently meet and exceed assigned targets for lead generation, qualification, and engagement.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our FinTech solution, its features, benefits, and value proposition, and effectively articulate this information to potential clients.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to tailor conversations and position our solutions effectively.
    • Continuously improve your sales skills through training, feedback, and self-driven learning to excel in the SDR role.
