    Business Development Representative

    Hours: Salaried, Full-time

    Location: KO Headquarters

    Compensation: $40-60K plus Commission

    Day in the Life
    • Build relationships and work with new and existing clients
    • Develop and implement growth strategies
    • Proactively identify, engage, and reach out to prospective clients
    • Work with construction team to hand off projects, leads, and customers
    • Document sales leads and forecasts within CRM software
    • Provide weekly updates on new business, activities, and KPI's
    • Support marketing strategies
    • Attend tradeshows, events, and in-person opportunities to grow business
    • Interact with organizations, councils, and groups as company stakeholder
    Who you are
    • 3+ years practical experience in construction and business development
    • Excellent communication and relational skills
    • Technical experience related to construction preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, construction, or equivalent training and experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft office, CRM softwares
    • Driver's license
    PHYSICAL DEMANDS
    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
    • Some travel required

    Salary Description

    $40-60K Plus Commission
