- Interact with organizations, councils, and groups as company stakeholder
- 3+ years practical experience in construction and business development
- Excellent communication and relational skills
- Technical experience related to construction preferred
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, construction, or equivalent training and experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office, CRM softwares
- Driver's license
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Some travel required
