We are currently seeking a dedicated
Educational Facility Manager (m/f/d) to join us full-time (40 hours/week) on a permanent basis.


Compensation will be based on the in-house collective agreement, pay group IVg for qualified personnel, and will be in line with the TVöD-Kommunen (VKA).


Your main responsibilities will include:


  • You will be responsible for managing the educational facility, including all economic, personnel, and administrative tasks, while considering legal requirements and company goals.
  • You will represent the school internally and externally, maintaining contacts with educational and cooperation partners and expanding this network.
  • Strategic and conceptual development of the general nursing education program will also fall under your responsibility.
  • Additionally, you will be involved in teaching.

Your qualifications include:


Professional qualifications:


  • Master's degree in nursing or medical education, or equivalent pedagogical qualifications and training in a nursing profession.
  • If necessary, we will support your master's studies, including parttime options.
  • Experience in management, ideally in a nursing school.
  • Uptodate knowledge of the nursing education market.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and media.
