Job DescriptionJob Description:
The Accounts Receivable Analyst is entrusted with optimizing cash flow through a well-defined strategy for overseeing designated client portfolios and revenue streams. This role entails achieving Non-Subscriber Account Receivable targets. Leveraging robust analytical and customer service competencies, the Analyst collaborates closely with both internal and external stakeholders to proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact payment performance, such as billing discrepancies, missing credits, and misapplied payments. Additionally, the Analyst ensures invoice accuracy by meticulously reviewing and validating billing data against contract specifications or established business rules. The successful Analyst must exhibit efficient self-starting abilities, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Key Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, and particularly Advanced Excel.
Experience with Oracle Financials or a similar ERP system is preferred.
Superior oral and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style and effectively convey messages across all organizational levels.
Demonstrated capability to build enduring and productive working relationships with both internal and external partners to facilitate resolutions.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, enabling effective prioritization of tasks and meeting deadlines consistently.
Experience in directly collaborating with and training offshore vendor partners is preferred.
Salary: $55,000 - $70,000/ Yearly
