Job Description

Responsibilities:

Support the sales and accounting teams in Accounts Receivable (A/R).
Gather and organize relevant information for the accounting office and company management.
Assist in inventory counting and reporting.
Respond to customer and vendor inquiries related to Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P).
Contribute to documentation by collecting and organizing documents.
Collaborate with internal departments for accurate accounting transaction recording.
Handle tasks and projects from the accounting department and CEO.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in accounting or a related field is a plus.
Prior experience in an accounting role, with familiarity in Accounts Receivable (A/R) being advantageous.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 annually
