    Overview

    Cox Automotive is searching for a talented Data Entry Specialist in Phoenix, AZ Reviews source documents for data input. Checks accuracy and relevance of input and output data by visual examination. Verifies output against control totals, reviews format and accuracy of printouts, and distributes information to appropriate departments.. May prepare source data by collecting, aggregating and compiling documents / information prior to performing data entry.

    The position demands reliability, follow-through, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, the ability type and talk at the same time, and exceptional organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be a highly self- motivated individual who can work well with little to no supervision and is a reliable, knowledgeable, resourceful, flexible, service-oriented professional.

    This is a 12-month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs.

    Shift/Hours
    • Monday - Friday; 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
    • Hybrid role in Phoenix, AZ - must come into office 3-4 days per month
    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities of the Data Entry Specialist:
    • Become proficient in all knowledge base requirements in order to resolve clients' needs as efficiently as possible
    • Become proficient in all platforms, systems, and tools used to maintain client records, transactions, documentation and relevant data
    • Maintain appropriate documentation of conversations in designated system to ensure handoff continuity and client profile accuracy
    • Identify client needs, research issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
    • Build sustainable relationships and engage clients by providing best-in-class service
    • Work closely with our BPO partners, and team members to deliver on client SLAs
    • Work across the organization as needed to resolve requests and correct issues/problems
    • Identify areas of process improvement
    • Effectively communicate
    • Perform other duties as deemed necessary by management
    Minimum Qualifications

    Qualifications of the Data Entry Specialist:
    • High School Diploma / GED Required
    • A minimum of 3+ years experience with customer service and/or contact center
    • Automotive industry and/or logistics experience preferred
    • Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office products
    • Servant team member with ability to build strong trusted relationships
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills, particularly in a phone, email, SMS or chat context
    • Effective time management
    • Attention to detail and follow-through
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt in a changing environment,
    • Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced, high energy, dynamic and demanding environment
    • Demonstrated experience being a customer-focused, service-oriented professional
    Pay Range
    • $18.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)
