- High School Diploma / GED
- 3 years experience with customer service and/or contact center.
- Automotive industry and/or logistics experience.
- Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in a phone, email, SMS, or chat context.
- Effective time management.

- Work closely with our BPO partners, and team members to deliver on client SLAs.
- Work across the organization as needed to resolve requests and correct issues/problems.
