Our products address critical cost, quality, and experience levers for care improvement and our differentiated technology enables dramatically faster, more flexible, and more powerful deployments for our payer, provider, and risk enabler partners.
The result is direct clinical workflow connections for health plans and other risk bearing organizations, radically lower burden and better experience for providers, and measurably accelerated performance across value-based partnerships.
We are looking to hire an experienced sales expert with a track record of selling technical products / SaaS applications into matrixed enterprise organizations.
This role will work directly with our own executive team, our commercial and product leadership teams, and with executive leadership from our key customers and prospects.
Lead strategic and complex sales and expansion discussions to connect Vim product value propositions to strategic business goals for prospects and customersManage and grow a pipeline of business up to and exceeding 3MIL in ARR
Take direct ownership of our largest and most strategic enterprise deals with health plans, risk-bearing organizations, and other customers
Lead product demonstrations and sales discussions with prospects at various stages in our sales pipeline
Act as an internal subject matter expert on the evolving healthcare technology space and payer-provider collaboration landscape, with an emphasis on strategies and investments for technology-based performance acceleration
Leverage expertise in our space to inform executive decision-making on product, commercial, and corporate strategy items
Assist in the creation of strategic marketing content such as blog posts, thought leadership pieces, and webinars
Proven track record of success in selling technical products / SaaS applications into matrixed enterprise organizations
Experience with complex sales cycles and selling to multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and end-users
Strong technical acumen, with the ability to engage in discussions with healthcare IT professionals, clinicians, and administrators to understand their technical needs and align software solutions accordingly
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into layman's terms for non-technical stakeholders, including executives and end-users
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess customer needs, analyze data, and develop customized solutions to address client pain points
x and HL7 v3, as well as emerging standards like FHIR, and their role in enabling seamless integration and exchange of healthcare data
Proven experience selling software solutions that integrate with and leverage SDKs and APIs to enhance functionality and customization options
Familiarity with Healthcare industry-specific challenges, workflows, and technical requirements, enabling the ability to tailor software solutions to meet client needs
Stock options subject to the company policy and board of directors approval
