    New York - Remote

    Thales is on the lookout for a seasoned Sales Executive to drive growth within the medium-sized bank segment of the United States market. The Sales Executive will oversee the complete sales lifecycle with customers, from identifying leads to closing deals and everything in between.

    As the face of our modern card issuance services in your area, the Sales Executive will consistently embody the Thales brand, values, and mission within the financial sector.

    This role is pivotal in doubling the revenues of our medium-sized banks, aiming to elevate them from $18M to $36M within the next 3 years.

    Key Areas of Responsibility

    • Develop a customized pitch using a consultative approach to address the crucial needs of prospects/clients, resonate with your audience, and enhance lead qualification
    • Map out accounts, present and defend Thales' unique selling points to all customer stakeholders, including C-level executives, across technical and commercial facets
    • Lead complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, drive deal closure, and negotiate contracts until project kick-off meetings and handover to the Expand team
    • Maintain visibility of your opportunity pipeline and provide revenue forecasts in dedicated sessions with your Sales Manager using the CRM tool
    • Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales and Expand teams to ensure adequate resources for your opportunities
    • Foster a strong partnership with your Expand counterpart to optimize lead detection and maximize deal closures
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, STEM, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous but not mandatory
    • Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales or Account Executive role within the Financial Institutions and/or FinTech industry, demonstrating the ability to coordinate various internal and external stakeholders in complex sales processes
    • Demonstrate a solid grasp of SaaS solutions, particularly cloud technology and agile delivery models, and their application in the financial services sector, focusing on Payment Cards and Personalization industry
    • Establish and nurture lasting relationships, influencing key decision-makers, particularly at the C-suite level in Financial Institutions
    • Show remarkable success in new business development, driving net new client acquisition across all tiers of financial institutions and FinTech clients
    • Possess knowledge and experience in Financial Institutions/FinTech procurement practices and sales lifecycle processes typical for selling enterprise platforms to financial institutions
    Special Requirements
    • Willingness to travel domestically up to 40% of the time
    The expected total target compensation (TTC) for this role ranges from $114,000 to $260,650.00 USD annually. The Company retains the right to offer more or less than the stated range and provide additional benefits, depending on circumstances unrelated to an applicant's protected status under local, state, or federal law.
