    Description
    PLI Staffing is seeking a recruiter with a positive and determined mind set to join our rapidly growing team.

    A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers, on site and off, on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.

    In this role you should be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals The responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

    ***Responsibilities

    _Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications_

    _Prepare recruitment material and post positions to appropriate job boards_

    _Source and recruit candidates by using our internal database, social media etc._

    _Maintain a high volume of incoming and outbound phone calls_

    _Screen candidates resume and applications_

    _Conduct thorough interviews using various reliable recruiting tools/methods_

    _Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude_

    _Onboard new employees_

    _Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process_

    _Ability to manage high priority and time sensitive searches simultaneously for a demanding client base_

    _Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to lead in a rapidly changing environment is crucial_

    _Interact, build, and maintain strong relationships with clients_

    _Ability to properly document, and maintain employee/client files_

    _Communicate daily with clients in a timely manner_

    _Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of professionals_

    _Provide daily analytical recruitment progress and accomplishments to Operations Manger_

    _Promote PLI Staffings reputation_

    Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5pm
