  • Dealing with personnel development, marketing, and payroll accounting
  • Social media recruiting and active sourcing
  • Filling open positions with suitable candidates
  • Visiting and planning trade fair events

What you bring as a Recruiter (m/w/d):

  • A completed degree or commercial training
  • First professional experience in the field of recruitment
  • Indepth knowledge of and confident handling of current recruiting trends
  • Ideally, knowledge of building and maintaining candidate networks
  • Confident appearance, excellent communication skills, and service orientation
  • Good people skills, openmindedness, and organizational talent
  • Negotiation skills in English, both written and spoken
