Personnel Recruiter (m/f/d) and become part of our team With approximately 1,000 employees, we secure the drinking water supply for 4.6 million people in one of the largest metropolitan areas in Europe and preserve the essential resource of water for future generations.

To fulfill this great responsibility, we operate more than 800 technical facilities - including dams, sewage treatment plants, and sewer networks - and develop efficient solutions for sustainable resource management.

Your tasks:

Personnel recruiting
Labor law issues (collective agreement, employment contract, works council)
Implementations
Initiatives for development measures
Personnel support
Contact person for managers and works council
Support for group management and central department management

You offer us:

Successfully completed business studies with a focus on personnel management / human resources or a comparable degree (such as business psychology)
Professional experience in personnel planning, personnel selection, and conducting job interviews
Knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law
Knowledge of works council law is desirable
Independent and resultsoriented way of working
Excellent people skills and empathy
Confident and professional demeanor
Strong communication and organizational skills
