    Position Summary

    The Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present qualified candidates for several types of positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic recruiting goals and plans. This is a full-time/on-site position located at our global corporate headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio.

    Primary Roles and Responsibilities

    • Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process.
    • Track recruitment KPIs, weekly interviews, time to hire, source of hire and time to fill.
    • Provide weekly/periodic summaries and analysis of progress on open job requisitions.
    • Manage all aspects of the pre-employment work, i.e., references drug screens, background checks, etc.
    • Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they are onboarded.
    • Actively source candidates through cold calling, job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals.
    • Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings)
    • Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates where appropriate.
    • Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates.
    • Benchmark other recruiting/candidate sourcing methods
    • Be an agent of change and support change actions within Talent Acquisition
    • Willingness to be part of a Team working in a collaborative, collegial manner across the organization.
    • Prior proven work experience as a 3rd Party Recruiter.
    • Familiarity with and experience navigating and/or managing full cycle recruitment.
    • Demonstrated effective interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques.
    • Proven experience with social media/network recruiting methods, techniques, and sources.
    • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
    • Excellent listening skills - with an ability to distinguish between what's most relevant vs. extraneous information and process accordingly to reach timely decisions.
    • Possesses operational confidence - without arrogance - and a proven record of executing recruitment objectives/goals in a timely manner with a keen sense of the mission.
    Requirements

    Experience and Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related technical and/or human resource field or equivalent work experience required.
    • A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience including sourcing candidates, preferable in an inhouse corporate setting or third-party recruiter.
    • Proficient with Paylocity and Microsoft Office
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
