    Reliant Staffing Solutions, a national leader in the staffing and travel healthcare fields, is currently hiring Recruiters for our Cleveland office. We are looking to open multiple offices around the country in 2024 & 2025 and the Recruiters will help spur this growth.

    The Recruiters will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of healthcare positions around the country.

    Primary responsibilities

    • Source, interview, and select applicants for positions.
    • Write job descriptions.
    • Match applicants to job openings.
    • Source for future job openings.
    • List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels.
    • View applications.
    • Call applicants and perform phone screens.
    • Instruct applicants on the nature of the job and whom they will be speaking with during the interview.
    • Facilitate meeting between hiring manager and applicant.
    • Interview applicants.
    • Hand out and grade assessments.
    • Create portfolio of possible candidates for hiring manager.
    • Check references.
    • Perform background checks on applicants and identify potential red flags.
    • Inform candidate of company's decision.
    • Inform applicants not chosen of company's decision.
    • Travel to colleges to recruit students.
    • Forecast budgets for recruiting expenses.
    • Participate in implementing new recruiting technology, such as applicant tracking systems and screening tools.

    Requirements:

    • BS/BA degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or relevant field
    • Requires excellent communication skills, attendance, and reliability

    Job Types: Full-time Positions

    Salary: $45, $80,000.00 per year
