    Overview:

    Are you a sales trailblazer, ready to elevate your career to new heights? Trusted Tech Team (TTT) is actively searching for a tenacious Senior Business Development Representative to spearhead our mission of reshaping how organizations manage their cloud subscriptions. If you are ready to bring a wealth of experience and leadership to the table, this is your moment to shine.

    Responsibilities:

    • Craft and execute a high-value pipeline strategy focusing on strategic accounts and complex sales scenarios.
    • Conduct targeted research on key accounts and identify influential stakeholders.
    • Deliver concise overviews aligning TTT offerings with high-level decision-makers unique needs.
    • Adopt a consultative leadership approach, showcasing deep client understanding and offering nuanced solutions beyond cost reduction, aligning with strategic organizational goals.
    • Lead outbound initiatives with a strategic mindset, demonstrating sophistication and insight in every interaction.
    • Surpass ambitious daily sales metrics, showcasing advanced efficiency and effectiveness, setting a high achievement standard.
    • Provide intricate closed-loop feedback for continuous optimization of the sales lifecycle process. Leverage your experience to refine and improve, ensuring seamless sales operations.

    Required Skills & Qualifications (must-haves):

    • Bachelor's degree is required.
    • 1-2 years of SaaS or Computer Software sales experience in a client-facing capacity is required.
    • Previous sales cycle experience is a must.
    • Proven track record of success with documented key metrics and KPI achievements.
    • Self-starter with a new business hunter mindset.
    • Relational personality with excellent communication skills.
    • Coachable, hungry, and possessing a relentless belief in themselves.
    • B2B sales experience is preferred.
    • Experience with a CRM / Outbound sales platform (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, etc.).

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications (nice-to-haves):

    • Previous experience working in a Microsoft environment (e.g., MS Solutions Partner, MSP/CSP, etc.).
    • Knowledge of Microsoft products and services.
    • Microsoft certifications are a plus (e.g., MS-900, AZ-900, etc.).
