- Sourcing & qualifying quality leads for the Account Executives
- Interacting by phone and email with key personnel up to, and including, C-Level Executives
- Acquiring & maintaining a working knowledge of SYSPRO solutions to become a trusted advisor to prospects
- Uncovering & qualifying prospective customer needs, understanding business processes, identifying projects, determining requirements, and creating opportunities.
- Demonstrating initiative, creativity & collaboration through ad-hoc projects for various departmentsSkills Knowledge and Expertise Ability to demonstrate time management, telesales skills and knowledge of SYSPRO products and services (training provided). Desire for a long-term career in sales preferred. Two years relevant business experience preferred.

Pipeline is primarily generated through outbound campaigns by calling, emailing & social outreach. In addition, BDRs will receive inbound Marketing Qualified Leads to follow up on.As a Business Development Representative, you will act as the first contact for many prospects starting sales cycles for industry specific solution.
A BDR qualifies prospects and produces quality leads & Opportunities for the SYSPRO sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibilities of the Business Development Representative is to generate demand for SYSPRO ERP through outbound prospecting and help to qualify inbound inquiries.
As a Business Development Representative you will act as the first contact for many prospects for SYSPRO. The BDR will qualify SYSPRO prospects and produce quality leads for the SYSPRO sales force.Software experience is not requiredYou are known for your tremendous work ethic, passion and dedicationYou enjoy learning new things including technology and can translate that into value for prospects.
You are goal oriented with strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).You are curious, insightful, and perceptive.
