Purpose and Scope: The Business Development position is responsible for locating, researching and initiating business relationships which then transform into sales
Job RequirementsDetails:
Responsibilities:
Identifies potential clients in the target market and completes appropriate research to determine prospects' business and equipment needs.
Contacts and presents company and its products to potential clients.
Creates and gives presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
Develops burgeoning relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
Partners with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals to both current and prospective clients.
Negotiates contract terms with clients and communicates those terms to stakeholders.
Collaborates with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.
Regularly reports on activity and sales results.
Acts a subject matter expert on company products and services, and remains current on industry news.
All other duties as required.
Experience:
Proven track record of similar sales success.
Can be based out of Orange County.
Pay:
$50,000 - $65,000 + Commission.
