    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
    • Identify and understand clients' staffing needs, and work with the recruitment team to develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
    • Monitor and manage the performance of placements to ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded.
    • Work with the recruitment team to identify new business opportunities and drive business growth.
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve business objectives.
    • Provide timely and accurate reporting and forecasting to management.
    • Actively engage in networking activities to build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients and candidates.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, changes, and developments to provide insight and guidance to clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably within the staffing industry.
    • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
    • Ability to identify and understand clients' staffing needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify business trends and opportunities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other business software applications.
