As an Account Manager at GG Homes, you'll be at the forefront of change, orchestrating opportunities and shaping outcomes.
With your creative problem-solving skills and outgoing nature, you'll build strong relationships with clients and help them achieve their real estate goals.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategic outreach plans to identify and connect with potential investors
- Conducting research and analysis on market trends and investment opportunities
- Presenting investment opportunities to investors and negotiating investment deals
- Using your outgoing and enthusiastic personality to excite investors as a trusted resource
- Collaborating with Account Executives and Closing Managers to drive results
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Creative and innovative thinking
- Ability to handle pressure and work under tight deadlines
Bonus Points:
- Experience in the real estate industry
- Experience with CRM software
- Experience with lead generation and prospecting
- Experience with account management
- Fluent in Spanish
Compensation:
- Accelerated Compensation Structure $450,000+ annual income has been obtained (No fluff, actual earnings)
- Team members who meet company quota have First Year Earnings of $225,000+ with current team at 132% to goal (2023)
- Base Draw of $60,000 and Uncapped Commissions
- Management Compensation available via promotion
