    Job Summary:

    Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines Teams von 2 Shopper Marketing Managern.

    Anpassung der Markenprsenz und Erstellung von Aktivierungskonzepten fr die verschiedenen Handelskanle.

    Umsetzung von Produktneueinfhrungen und insight-basierten Shopper Marketing Programmen zur Umsatzsteigerung.

    Verantwortung fr monatliches Tracking/Analyse von Shopper Marketing Programmen und Tools in den relevanten Handelskanlen inklusive Prsentation des Status Quo und neuen Mglichkeiten sowie der Ableitung von konkreten Handlungsempfehlungen.

    Planung und Verwaltung des OC Shopper Budgets.

    Aufgabenbereich:

    Vermarktung des Produktportfolios und Umsetzung von Produktneueinfhrungen ber verschiedene Handelskanle im B2C-Bereich inklusive e-commerce und Apotheken sowie beim Zahnarzt.

    Optimale Anpassung der Markenprsenz an die verschiedenen Touchpoints entlang der Konsumentenreise (consumer journey) zur Aktivierung des Shoppers am Point-of-Sale (Schaffung von Nachfrage) und beim Zahnarzt.

    Speziell fr Apotheken und Zahnrzte, Erstellung der Besprechungsmaterialien, In-Store/ In-Office Materialien und Mailings.

    Komplettes Management von Sampling Aktivitten inkl. Planung und Koordination mit Demand Planning.

    Laufende Analyse von bestehenden und neuen Vermarktungskonzepten am POS inklusive monatlicher Prsentationen und Ableitung von konkreten Handlungsempfehlungen.

    Enge Zusammenarbeit und Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen den Bereichen Brand Marketing, Professional Marketing, Digital, Retail Marketing und Customer Development.

    Prsentation der Projekte auf Vertriebstagungen und bei Kundenterminen.

    Voraussetzungen:

    Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing / Vertrieb oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

    7+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing, Trade Marketing oder Customer Development fr den Bereich Lebensmitteleinzelhandel/Drogerie in einer internationalen Matrixorganisation im FMCG-Umfeld.

    Verstndnis fr die Konzepte, Strategien und Vorgehensweisen der deutschen Handelslandschaft.

    Eine nachweislich von Analytik geprgte Denk- und Arbeitsweise: Erfahrung im Erkennen und Heben von strategischen Potenzialen, Ergebnisorientierung und Freude am strukturierten Aufbereiten und Prsentieren komplexer Sachverhalte.

    Organisations- und Kommunikationsstrke, Engagement sowie Spa an Teamarbeit.

    Idealerweise Erfahrungen im Umgang mit der Google Suite.

    Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt.
