As the right hand of the Store Manager, you will support and represent them.


Together with the Store Manager, the Inventory Coordinator, and the Administrative Assistant, you will form the management team of the store.

Working hand in hand with the Inventory Coordinator, you will organize the preparation of goods in the store warehouse.

You will ensure optimal product presentation and the implementation of our advertising measures.

You will maintain the impeccable appearance of the store.

In the Store Manager's absence, you will create staff schedules to ensure that tasks are completed as a team.

You will support the employees in their daily tasks.

You will lead and motivate the store team, setting an example for them.

You have successfully completed your vocational training, preferably in retail.

You have professional and leadership experience in retail.

You are passionate about the retail industry and enjoy working with people.

You have a natural ability for entrepreneurial thinking and acting.

You have excellent communication skills.
