Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven individual to join our team As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new marketing strategies and lead our marketing team by example.


Role + Responsibilities

  • Set Marketing Goals and Objectives
  • Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy
  • Contribute to overall growth of the company
  • Create visual text and imagery concepts by hand or with the help of computer software
  • Communicate ideas that inspire and captivate consumers
  • Develop the production design and overall layout for advertisements, magazines, banners, products, brochures, and more
  • Design graphics to meet specific promotional and commercial needs like logos, packaging, displays, or imagery for digital and printable products
  • Create infographics that make complex ideas more accessible
  • Amend designs based on stakeholder and client feedback
  • Scan final graphic designs for typos and errors before publishing
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Decide how images and text work to fit a specific layout and size.
  • Responsible for Copywriting function for marketing content
  • Responsible to develop and launch Website Development and Maintenance
  • Responsible for ensuring ROI in social media strategies
  • Review and manage content marketing strategy
  • Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns
  • Participate in annual budgeting exercise
  • Determine KPIs for the marketing department
  • Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
  • Work with Sales and Development and Customer Success Teams
  • Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy
  • Leverage data and reports to make evidencebased decisions
  • Analyze company's marketing strategy and suggest improvements
  • Stay uptodate with the latest technology
  • Stay uptodate with the latest best practices
  • Attend marketing conferences and educational programs

Requirements:


  • 510 years in Marketing
  • Customercentric
  • Handson expertise with CRM (HubSpot) and SEO tools (i.e., Google Analytics, Google AdWords)
  • Expertise in Social Media Management and Optimization
  • Expertise in Website Development and Maintenance
  • Indepth knowledge of Big Data Analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking
  • Ability to product and present reports
  • Ability to manage Marketing Department
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills

Qualifications

  • Masters in Marketing, Management or similar relevant field
  • Additional Marketing certifications are a plus
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Expertise in ERP (Infor)
  • Experience in building eCommerce and promoting company products through platform
  • Selfmotivated, determined and committed
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and creating innovative digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Healthcare Industry is a plus

Pay:
From $65,000.00 per year
