EisnerAmper's Wealth Management firm, Prosperity, is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

This dynamic marketer will be responsible for understanding the needs of our growing wealth management business while developing and implementing potent strategies to elevate the Prosperity brand while fostering strategic partnerships for the organization.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

  • Uphold the Prosperity brand and act as a strategic advocate of brand goals and initiatives within Prosperity and EisnerAmper.
  • Develop and implement marketing project plans to ensure timely delivery of initiatives and objectives.
  • Collaborate with and lead crossfunctional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the web and writing team to launch a new website for Prosperity.
  • Partner closely with leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring buyin by effectively communicating marketing strategies and demonstrating their alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain client presentation materials and marketing collateral, ensuring consistency in organizational voice, aesthetics, and brand standards across multiple channels.
  • Work closely with compliance officer, ensuring compliance standards are met with all marketing initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and leverage strategic opportunities for Prosperity within the EisnerAmper organization.
  • Stay informed on best practices and emerging marketing trends, ensuring Prosperity remains competitive and innovative in its marketing approach.
  • Lead the Prosperity marketing committee, fostering a culture of involvement and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Wealth Management leadership to promote growth initiatives across the practice.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Seven years or more of experience working in professional services marketing.
  • Experience working with RIAs or within financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, Redtail, NetSuite, or other CRM and CMS platforms.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:


  • Experience working in a wealth management firm that is affiliated with a CPA firm.
  • Experience working in a large, national firm with team members across multiple locations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance within the financial services industry.
  • Able to work in a dynamic and continuously changing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and within a team structure.
  • Be a driven selfstarter, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
