Your key responsibilities will be/what you'll do:
- Drive strategy for Healthcare Packaging segment across medical device and in process pharmaceutical packaging verticals.
- Segmenting customers according to technical complexity, growth prospects and sustainability.
- Identifying new verticals for growth by leveraging value chain relationships.
- Identifying, designing and driving longer term growth projects in Medical Device and Pharmaceutical packaging in a disciplined manner.
- Building effective relationships with target customers, by positioning Tyvek in valueengineered solutions.
- Continuously monitoring market, technical and customer trends
- Shape and implement pricing, promotional and sustainability strategy; play a leading role in developing educational content that can be leveraged globally.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters in STEM field. Advanced technical and/or business degree preferred
- Must possess competency in packaging science, nonwovens, films, coatings and adhesives
- 5+ years experience in healthcare industry
- Work experience at a major OEM or Tier 1 supplier highly preferred.
- Familiarity with the technical and regulatory requirements of evaluating and commercializing materials in Healthcare packaging.
- Proficient in developing business cases and value propositions in line with OEM practices
- Results Oriented, ability to influence key stakeholders (external and internal)
- Rigor: makes decisions driven by analytics and market insight.
- Intellectual curiosity, ability to climb a steep learning curve and contribute quickly
- Strong professional presence, business acumen and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop an execution plan
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural quotient
- Communicates in clear and compelling ways (verbal and written), PowerPoint and Excel Savvy
The Pay range for this role is $118, $186,010.00 Annual

Each role has an associated pay range (or an established pay rate for some roles) based on the competitive market in each country where we operate.
Each individual's pay is based on a variety of factors, including their role and the associated pay range for that role, their geographic location (i.e., country, state, metropolitan area), as well as their skills, experience, education and certifications, and performance.
