- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on IT Investments throughout the Joint environment
- Supporting Enterprise-wide system integration projects
- Enhancing the IT acquisition, development, and operational sustainment program for the JS CIO
- Coordinating across the Deputy Directorate CIO to enhance the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of JS CIO policies
- Implementing strategic initiatives and IT management best practices for well-planned transitions of JSIT Investments to emerging technologies phases like cloud migration, records management, IPv6, and 5G solutions
- Ensuring effective communication among multiple JS portfolio managers and relevant technical support agreement owners
- Presenting plans to the government and supporting plan execution tracking
- Collaborating with JS IT Portfolio Managers and Information System owners on IT Investment policy
- Developing and delivering Standard Operating Procedures for IT Investments
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience. Equivalent experience can substitute for the degree.
- Experience in military branches of the Department of Defense, Joint Staff, or COCOM
- Familiarity with cloud technologies
- Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture
- Understanding of AI
- Experience in project management
- Project Management certification
- Previous work in the Joint Staff or military environment
- Top Secret clearance to begin; Ability to achieve a TS/SCI for continued employment
