Overview:


Na Ali'i is looking for a Data Systems Analyst to work as a member of an agile project team to define business data needs, identify potential improvements in system configuration, and contribute to the execution of operational data tasks.

  • Generate reports, dashboards, and other ad-hoc analytic products to provide insights into data trends, support decision making, and data processing.
  • Work closely with data automation teams to provide business and system requirements in support of system integration activities.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data systems through regular audits, data cleaning, and validation processes.
  • Maintain data processes within systems to include data uploads and imports, system configuration, reports management, and other data support tasks as needed.
  • Document data processes, workflows, and procedures to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing between teams and departments.
  • Support development and implementation of data governance policies, standards, and ensure compliance with company policies and best practices.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance data quality.

Qualifications:

Skills/Qualifications:


  • Strong communication and analytical writing skills.
  • Experience working with Jira, Trello, MS project or other task tracking methodology.
  • Proven experience working in sensitive data environments.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Experience with SQL, R, Python, or proficiency with similar data manipulation tools/frameworks/languages.
  • Experience with managing data within a CRM, ERP, or HRIS platform.
  • Familiarity with database and business intelligence tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik.

Education:

BA/BS preferably in computer science, science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM) or other domain with analytical practices, or 3+ years' relevant work experience.


  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to use stairs without assistance
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers
  • Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, lift, carry, reach, kneel, crouch, bend and climb a step stool/ladder
