CULTIVA is seeking a Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in Washington, DC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing systems analysis, design, and implementation support to our Federal clients.Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into specific system functionalities
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews
- Create detailed system documentation, including usecase scenarios, flowcharts, and data models
- Interface between the technical team and the client for effective solution delivery
- Perform system testing and validation
- Assist with system implementation and postimplementation support
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 35 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role
- Experience working with Federal clients is a must
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with system development lifecycle methodologies (SDLC)
- Must be eligible for a U.S. Security Clearance
Technical Skills and Tools:
- Experience with SQL databases and querying tools
- Familiarity with project management software (Jira, Asana, or similar)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Working knowledge of UML tools for creating diagrams and flowcharts
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and tools (Jira, Trello)
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
