Position Description:

If you love high profile and challenging systems analytical projects supporting the US Navy - Serco has a great opportunity for you This PMS-ES Systems Analyst will be on a dynamic team, providing help desk support for our DoD client located in Washington, DC.

This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level clearance post-employment.

You will be responsible for providing administrative, operational, and programmatic support for a Government Owned - Contractor Operated (GOCO) Integrated Data Environment (IDE) system.

Bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make an impact with our US Navy clients.

In this role, you will:

Track reported issues and requests in a ticketing system and follow through to resolution.
Coordinate with system developers to provide details of and troubleshoot reported issues.
Provide individual and group training to system users both remotely and inperson.
Develop technical documentation (e.g. training materials and user guides).

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience. In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for comparable work experience.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance postemployment.
Must be able to work a flexible shift between 7 am and 7 pm EST, Monday through Friday.
Customer service oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a timely manner.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Must be able to fly to customer locations on the east, west, and gulf coasts to conduct onsite user training as required.
Travel 10% required.

Desired Skills/Experience:

Experience with the PMS-ES system is highly desired.
Experience with other IDE systems.
Experience working in a collaborative, team environment.
Experience with software testing and training.
