Position Description:


If you love high profile and challenging systems analytical projects supporting the US Navy - Serco has a great opportunity for you This PMS-ES Systems Analyst will be on a dynamic team, providing help desk support for our DoD client located in Washington, DC.


This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level clearance post-employment.


You will be responsible for providing administrative, operational, and programmatic support for a Government Owned - Contractor Operated (GOCO) Integrated Data Environment (IDE) system.

In this role, you will:


  • Track reported issues and requests in a ticketing system and follow through to resolution.
  • Coordinate with system developers to provide details of and troubleshoot reported issues.
  • Provide individual and group training to system users both remotely and inperson.
  • Develop technical documentation (e.g. training materials and user guides).

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience. In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for comparable work experience.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance postemployment.
  • Must be able to work a flexible shift between 7 am and 7 pm EST, Monday through Friday.
  • Customer service oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Must be able to fly to customer locations on the east, west, and gulf coasts to conduct onsite user training as required.
  • Travel 10% required.

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with the PMS-ES system is highly desired.
  • Experience with other IDE systems.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, team environment.
  • Experience with software testing and training.
