    Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 p..a.

    Start: ASAP

    Our client, a global independent investment banking advisory firm headquartered in New York, is currently hiring a team administrative assistant who has working in investment banking to join their private funds group. They are a super high performing team, who provide a welcoming and collaborative environment. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who has some administrative experience from within the financial services industry and wants to take that next step up in their career.

    Responsibilities:

    • Extensive calendar management; liasing with internal and external parties on various projects and tasks, including complex scheduling requests
    • Provide administrative support to all members of the team
    • Maintain the CRM database notes
    • Monthly reconciliation of expenses
    • Take responsibility for booking travel (domestic and international) for team members
    • Writing and editing emails/preparing communications on the team's behalf
    • Organize and plan client events, including cocktail parties, happy hours, dinners, and lunches

    Qualifications & Competencies:

    · Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role

    • Good understanding of technology including Microsoft Office Suite, Teams and Zoom, along with a aptitude to learn new software and systems
    • Must have working investment banking or finance before
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
    • Flexible team player, along with an a high level of initiative and self motivation.
    • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
