    Unique Job Opportunity

    Join our team as a sales representative and have the chance to assist families in securing additional benefits beyond the standard coverage offered by their employers. Your primary task will involve guiding families through the available options and aiding them in selecting the most suitable plan for their specific requirements. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a drive for success, organizational abilities, and a team player mindset.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage with individuals who have expressed interest in our benefits
    • Arrange virtual meetings via Zoom with interested parties
    • Personalize benefit packages to align with clients' evolving needs
    • Build and nurture relationships with both current and prospective clients
    • Conduct reviews of benefits for existing clients and assist in processing claims or adjustments as needed
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support to address client inquiries
    • Address and resolve any questions or issues raised by clients regarding their benefits
    • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely updates as required
