Tasks:


  • Followup with current customers to offer established solutions to their plumbing or water problems.
  • Use an established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to quote repair/replacement options/solutions and close the sale.
  • Be a trusted informational resource for Roto-Rooter customers.

Requirements:


  • A valid driver's license
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Plumbing experience is not necessary or required
  • Organized selfstarter with an outgoing personality
  • A Working knowledge of common software programs
  • Previous experience with outside sales of inhome services is strongly desired, but all outside sales experience will be considered
